A solo-camera event coverage production with full-scale energy.
How it came together
The Brief
Workplace wellbeing experts Wellity asked us to capture the highlights of their flagship event, The Wellbeing Awards. They wanted a snappy, stylish video to reflect the atmosphere, celebration, and overall message of championing wellbeing at work. With tight budgets and timelines, this project was a great test of what lean event video production can achieve.
The Shoot
We approached this with precision planning and a single camera operator. To elevate the coverage, our operator worked two cameras simultaneously — one static and one roaming — to capture both the grand atmosphere and candid moments. This minimal-crew solution delivered maximum production value, all without interrupting the flow of the evening.
The Edit
The final hero film is full of energy and sparkle, cutting between speeches, reactions, and atmospheric b-roll to showcase the event’s spirit. With a fast turnaround and a tight delivery window, we kept the visuals slick and the pace upbeat, creating a film that felt as polished as any full-scale event production.
