How it came together
The Brief
Teledyne e2v runs an annual corporate training and development event, bringing together teams from across the company.
They needed full video coverage of seminars, team-building activities, and key moments across the three-day event, with an edited highlights film delivered on the final night for attendees to enjoy. This project called for an agile video production approach with minimal crew and maximum output.
The Shoot
Our small team worked closely with the client on-site, capturing presentations, team interactions, and event activities across multiple spaces. We filmed continuously across three days while simultaneously preparing a live edit in parallel.
Footage was logged and prepped throughout the day, allowing us to remain efficient and meet the tight turnaround goals. Photography and stills were also captured alongside the video production.
The Edit
We delivered a polished highlight video in time for it to be screened on the final evening of the event. Our editors worked on location to ensure fast revisions and approvals. The finished video served both as a closing celebration piece and as evergreen internal comms content.
Our workflow has since become the blueprint for their annual events, and we’ve been invited back year after year.
