Graduate Recruitment Film Morrison Foerster

Creative employer branding video production with a personal touch.

How it came together

The Brief

Global law firm Morrison Foerster wanted a standout graduate recruitment video to promote their trainee programme in a way that felt personal, approachable, and human. 

Rather than relying on talking heads or corporate tropes, they wanted a concept-driven approach that showcased the diversity of backgrounds and career journeys at MoFo.

The Shoot

In partnership with creative agency Visualise That, we helped bring a brilliant concept to life: using people’s footwear and footsteps as a visual metaphor for different walks of life. 

We followed staff members on their commute to work, creating a visual journey that felt both symbolic and down-to-earth. Filming across central London and in their offices, we kept the shoot agile and fast-moving while maintaining a premium, cinematic look.

The Edit

We produced one main recruitment promo film and several shorter topic-based cutdowns for social media. From visual pacing to sound design, we focused on reinforcing MoFo’s inclusive and distinctive culture. 

These assets now sit at the heart of MoFo’s careers page and have become a long-standing part of their talent attraction strategy.

Taking the Right Steps

By leaning into visual metaphor and avoiding the expected, we helped MoFo stand out in the crowded graduate recruitment space. This project is a perfect example of how strong creative direction, efficient video production, and thoughtful editing can turn a simple idea into a long-term employer branding asset.
