How it came together
The brief
Fidelity International asked us to create an animation for internal audiences that would communicate a major cultural and structural change within the company. The aim was to reassure employees and show that these changes were designed to better serve their clients. The video needed to inspire confidence, reduce uncertainty, and set a positive tone — a key task for any video agency specialising in corporate communication.
Creative Development
We opted for a minimalist animation style with clean lines, subtle movement, and a warm colour palette to reflect calm and trust. This creative video production approach paired with a carefully scripted voiceover and an emotive, moving soundtrack allowed us to frame change not as a disruption, but as an opportunity for growth and improvement.
Animation & Delivery
Post-production was all about balance — delivering a poetic rhythm that matched the music and allowed the voiceover to resonate. We integrated fluid transitions and gentle motion graphics to maintain viewer engagement while keeping the tone reflective and reassuring. The animation was designed to work equally well in presentations, internal portals, and live events.
Motion That Moves
This project shows how an internal corporate animation can go beyond information delivery to truly shift perception. By combining thoughtful storytelling, minimalist motion design, and strategic use of music, we helped Fidelity International introduce a major transformation with clarity and optimism — proving that great video production can make change feel like progress.
