COP26 Film
Fidelity International
Explaining global change without leaving the desk
How it came together
The brief
Fidelity asked us to produce a short editorial video explaining the importance of COP26, its potential impact on financial markets, and the changes to expect in its aftermath.
The aim was to deliver a clear, engaging piece of corporate video content that could inform and inspire their audience, despite having minimal time, budget and no on-location filming.
The Shoot
Rather than a traditional shoot, we conducted remote interviews with contributors via Zoom, ensuring the discussions were authentic and informed. This content was combined with carefully sourced stock footage, high-quality still images and impactful bold-text graphics to give the video a strong visual presence.
This approach kept production lean while still delivering professional results.
The Edit
The entire project came together in post-production. Using Fidelity’s brand guidelines, we created a clean, modern design with dynamic text treatments and smooth motion graphics. The edit blended stock visuals, interview clips and animated infographics to create a cohesive narrative that explained COP26’s significance in plain, relatable terms.
This project demonstrated how effective video production can be even without a camera crew on-site.
Sustainable Storytelling
This COP26 corporate video production proved that strong storytelling, clear messaging and thoughtful editing can overcome tight budgets and logistical constraints. By leveraging stock visuals, remote recording and smart motion design, Fidelity was able to deliver timely, relevant content to their audience – without a single on-location shoot.
