How it came together
The brief
Fidelity wanted to create a short animation series to help people feel more confident during times of financial instability. The brief called for something warm, calm and emotionally resonant — a far cry from the usual sharp-edged financial content. The aim was reassurance, not sales.
Creative Development
This was a fully animated project. We developed a gentle visual style based on a single, constantly evolving line drawing — a motif that quietly mirrored the message of resilience and change.
Soft shapes, warm colours and metaphorical imagery brought the scripts to life in a relaxed, comforting tone.
Animation & Delivery
We delivered a series of short, heartfelt animations that flowed effortlessly with the voiceover, using transitions and motion to reinforce key ideas without overwhelming the viewer.
Everything from timing to music was considered with care to maintain a sense of calm and clarity. The final outputs were optimised for Fidelity’s social media and digital platforms.

This project proved that emotional storytelling has real power in financial services. These animated videos offered clarity and comfort in uncertain times, and the simple visual style made the messages stick.
