A people-first recruitment video for one of London’s top real estate agencies – Douglas & Gordon

How it came together

The Brief

Douglas & Gordon, a leading West London real estate agency, needed a recruitment video to showcase their company culture and attract new hires. The goal was to create a high-quality corporate video that felt authentic, personable, and dynamic—something that could sit proudly on their website and be used across digital recruitment campaigns. This was a promotional video production project focused on people, not property.

The Shoot

We ran a one-day, multi-crew shoot covering interviews, behind-the-scenes content, and b-roll at their head office and various branch locations.

One unit captured candid interviews with staff, while the second filmed supporting footage and a behind-the-scenes film at the same time. This approach maximised efficiency and ensured we had a rich mix of content from just one shoot day.

The Edit

We delivered a polished main recruitment video for their careers page, plus an engaging BTS feature and additional social cutdowns. The videos highlighted the energy, inclusiveness, and professionalism of the team—reinforcing D&G as a desirable employer.

The client was particularly impressed with the speed and cost-effectiveness of our corporate video production services.
