How it came together
The brief
Hargreaves Lansdown wanted a high-energy promotional video to mark International Women’s Day, highlighting the importance of the day and the ways HL is inspiring positive change. The aim was to create a visually impactful piece for both internal and external audiences, with strong resonance on social media.
This corporate video production needed to be engaging, on-brand and ready for release across multiple platforms on IWD itself.
The shoot
No new filming was required for this project. Instead, we drew from HL’s existing event footage and supporting materials, including photos, booklets and other campaign assets. By working with content already captured, we were able to keep production efficient while still creating something fresh and visually compelling.
The edit
Our team combined the event footage with bold motion graphics, dynamic text animations and carefully chosen music to create an uplifting, energising tone.
We delivered a main hero video alongside multiple social media video content edits optimised for different platforms, helping HL spread their International Women’s Day message far and wide.

This promotional video proved that you don’t need a shoot day to create powerful content. By combining existing event footage, branded graphics and social-first editing, Hargreaves Lansdown delivered a campaign piece that inspired, informed and reached audiences at scale on International Women’s Day.
